Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and contact information. Student and library benefits depend on the eligibility information available in your Abhimanu or abhipedia account.
Menu, pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Items, prices, photographs and availability may change. Your payable amount is shown before you confirm payment.
Orders and payments
An order is accepted after payment is confirmed or the app records your selected pay-at-counter option. We may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent.
Cashback and wallet
Eligible app orders earn cashback at the rate shown before checkout. Cashback is promotional, non-transferable and may be used only for eligible Civils & Chai purchases. Reversed or refunded orders may also reverse associated cashback.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with payments, or provide false information. We may restrict access when necessary to protect customers and the service.
